The highlight of this apartment is certainly the balconies with incomparable beach and sea views. There is also a sauna and swimming pool in the house, which can be shared. Other things to note The Nordland apartments are located on the Wyker Sandwall in a top location right on the beach!  Shared areas include a sauna and swimming pool, a reading corner and a playroom for children, as well as a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee. The swimming pool has a water temperature of approx. 29°C and has a counter-current system and side massage jets.  The 2-room accommodation Jutland for up to three people (plus possibly pet) with approx. 46 m² floor space consists of a large living room with real leather sofa bed and dining area, a separate, small kitchen and a bedroom with solid wood furniture made of wild beech. In addition, the apartment has underfloor heating.  The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a particularly good view of the beach and the sea. The wide view from the southeast-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room is unique. Enjoy beautiful hours on the balcony in front of the living room directly on the beach promenade or the rushing sea with open windows.  The apartment is suitable for seniors and can be reached step-free via an elevator (if the ramp to the house entrance is a bit too steep). Furthermore, the seat height for the bed, armchairs, sofa and toilet is at least 46 cm. Enjoy your vacation in this super central location – the promenade with the nice little shops, cafes and many restaurants is right at your feet. The proximity to the beach is ideal for long walks. And if you are traveling by bike, this property also offers a storage facility. Via the promenade you can comfortably walk directly along the beach to the Wyker city center, where there are numerous restaurants, cafes and small shops for strolling. At the Nordland apartments there are 6 parking spaces, which are rented to guests with proven walking impairment (severely disabled ID with the addition "G" or "aG") for a fee of €5 per parking space/day. Please send us your proof or that of a fellow traveler directly when requesting a parking space. The parking spaces are locked with parking brackets. If you have reserved a parking space, you can pick up the key at our office on your day of arrival for a cash deposit of €50. When you return the key, you will of course receive the security deposit back. As non-walking guests, you can reserve a parking space for your vacation time at the earliest on the day of your arrival, if not all parking spaces are rented (subject to termination of the contract upon arrival of guests with significant walking restrictions without parking space reservation). During the summer months (July + August), parking spaces 1+2 are not used due to poor accessibility. Free parking is available in front of the Aqua-Föhr-Wellenbad 400 m away. The leisure facilities are all located in the immediate vicinity of the property. An extremely pleasant stay for our guests and thus the careful cleaning of the vacation accommodations entrusted to us is our highest priority. In order to do this justice, each of our vacation properties has a fixed arrival and departure day in the months of May to October.
