This tiny pine cabin is nestled on a quiet residential country road in Hastings Highlands—peacefully isolated, yet not too remote. It’s in a prime location for adventure, just 25 minutes from Algonquin Park’s South Gate and 40 minutes from the East Gate, giving you easy access to some of Ontario’s best natural beauty. With beaches, provincial parks, hiking trails, and off-road routes nearby, there’s so much to explore right from your doorstep. The space This 430 sq ft cabin comfortably accommodates 2–4 guests and features a cozy loft with a queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the main living area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and an on-site BBQ for outdoor cooking. Strong Wi-Fi, and peaceful setting, remote friendly, perfect for workcations and digital nomads. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin and surrounding property. Please note the basement is unfinished and therefore, off limits. Other things to note The cabin’s water supply comes from an on-site well and is not potable. Some water bottles provided for guests during their stay. Laundromat 20 mins away. 3 guests included, 4th guest can be accomodated at an additional charge of $60 per night. The hot tub is suitable for two guests at a time. 8 mins to Maynooth Library & General Store – great for essentials or a peaceful break in town. 8 mins to Papineau Beach Projector screen is available, guests can bring your own projector and cables.
