The space The house (110 m²) is on one level, with a private entrance and easy access: you park in front and in a few steps you’re inside, with no stairs. We welcome you in person, show you around and remain available for recommendations on restaurants, wineries, olive mills and itineraries between the sea and the mountains.​ The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, board games and a dedicated workspace for remote working with fast Wi‑Fi. The private kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, utensils, dining table) for slow breakfasts and dinners with local products. The sleeping area includes a cosy double bedroom, bed linen and towels, and a modern ground‑floor bathroom with shower, basic toiletries and an emergency cord for extra safety.​ Outside, a private fenced garden awaits you, with outdoor furniture, sun terrace, barbecue and picnic area – perfect for children to play, reading in the shade of the olive trees or dining under the stars. You have sun loungers, umbrellas, a small fitness corner, kids’ pool (in season) and bike storage. The property offers free parking on site, self check‑in on request, luggage storage, extra cleaning service and, on request, grocery delivery or packed lunches for guests who want to head straight out to discover villages, trails, wineries and Abruzzo’s natural parks. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment with a private entrance and the fenced garden: the house is just for you, with no shared spaces. The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor, with no stairs, and there is free parking in front of the house: you step out of the car and in a few paces you reach the private entrance, which is also convenient for guests with reduced mobility.​ At check‑in, we welcome you in person and give you a short tour: you enter a large, bright living room with sofa, smart TV and a dedicated smart‑working desk, equipped with a comfortable chair, handy sockets and plenty of natural light, so you can work while looking out at the greenery instead of just the screen. Next to it you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, cookware) and a dining area for slow breakfasts and dinners with local products.​ From the living room you access the double bedroom, spacious and quiet, with soft bed linen and a view of the garden, and the modern bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, toiletries and an emergency pull cord. All windows look out onto the private garden, which you can use freely: an outdoor dining table, barbecue area, sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, kids’ play corner, small fitness area and bike storage. It is the perfect place to close your laptop, pour a glass of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and enjoy the sunset over olive groves and hills before a dinner under the stars.​ Other things to note Daphne is surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, welcoming guests through a private entrance that leads along a tree‑lined path to a secluded porch. Inside, a small entrance with a cosy reading armchair and an office area with desk opens onto a bright masonry kitchen, decorated with blue and white ceramics and equipped with oven, fridge, crockery, moka pot and kettle. The large dining table overlooks the garden, creating a fresh and pleasant atmosphere even on the hottest days.​ The spacious living room is flooded with natural light thanks to a large arched window and a French door leading outside. The sleeping area, adjacent to the kitchen, includes a warm and relaxing double bedroom with generous storage, blackout curtains, mirror and reading lamps, with the option of adding a cot or small bed for children on request. The modern, functional bathroom offers a large shower and a complete laundry area.​ Outside, a large private garden protected by a tall hedge allows you to enjoy barbecues and moments of outdoor relaxation in total privacy and peace. The house is fully accessible for guests with disabilities.
