Guests must share their ID proof at least one day before check-in. - Acceptable IDs include Aadhaar, Driving Licence, or any government ID with address proof (masked Aadhaar is not accepted). - We are required to email your IDs to the society a day prior to your arrival otherwise the society will not permit entry. - The entire apartment is for your exclusive use during your stay. - Check-in time is 02 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. - Late Check-out incurs a 350/- per hour charge. - Early or late check-out is subject to availability - Free parking area available - Cleaning is done every third day. - Daily cleaning services are available for a nominal fee of Rs.350/- - Guests are responsible for cleaning the utensils they use during the stay. - Avoid food on rug - Failure to leave the property in a unclean condition or excessively dirty may result in additional charge of Rs 1000/- - Welcome toiletries and tissue rolls are provided in each bathroom. Additional items can be obtained from the grocery store at the entrance of the apartment. - Please leave our apartment tidy when you check out.
