Renovated house in 2017 in a pretty farmhouse, located between Locronan, Douarnenez and Quimper, with open views over rolling countryside and the mountain Locronan. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room equipped with a pellet stove, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet. Upstairs: a large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bedroom 2 single beds (90x190), a small dressing room, bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. - Outside : A large garden, a large terrace of over 35m2 with sunbeds, garden furniture and garden table. A swing and a toboggan will be installed before the summer holidays. Free Internet (WIFI) The location of the town on the edge of Porzay and Cornwall makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, whether on foot or by bike, for varied and interesting excursions. In addition to less than 50km you can enjoy the grandiose sites that offers our region (Crozon Peninsula, Pointe du Raz, Baie des Trépassés ...). You can also visit the cities of character (Locronan elected one of the best villages in France, Pont Croix and Quimper).
