A kitchen equipped with high-end equipment (Whirpool) except the fridge which is Brandt. The countertop is black granite. There is also a small table for 2 to 4 people. A bathroom containing a sink, bidet and bathtub. The toilet is independent and water is available 24 hours a day. The entire apartment is heated by a boiler in winter.
