Country house ~ Close to Futuroscope

Welcome to my home, my main residence that I rent out whenever I get the chance. I am Dimitri, the host of this house, dedicated to making your stay pleasant and comfortable. The space House completely renovated in 2020, The house has a basement, and you have the entire ground floor at your disposal (access through the main door). ⚠️I may need to access the basement independently (entrance through the garage door).⚠️ You are the only occupants for the duration of the stay. The basement is not occupied; it is used for storage/as a laundry room. It will not be accessible to you. The ground floor is laid out as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 kitchen open to the living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. The minimum rental period is 3 nights. → Self check-in at the property using the check-in procedure available on Airbnb 48 hours before your arrival and the lockbox. → The house can accommodate up to 4 people with two new beds (140 x 190). → 4 VISCOPUR memory foam pillows from LITRIMARCHÉ → The accommodation is also equipped with a pack-and-play as well as books and games for children. → We provide all linens, towels and bed linens. The bed is made before your arrival. → It has a water softener. → A large garden and a large accessible terrace with a barbecue → VERY HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET thanks to fiber optics, to browse your favorite sites quickly and for free, → A large HD TV for entertainment, → A fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker (coffee and sugar provided), toaster, kettle (tea provided)... → A bathroom with walk-in shower, a large mirror and a new hair-dryer, → separate toilets, → It has electric roller shutters, which allow for total privacy. → Futuroscope is a 17-minute drive away. → The house is 55 years old, so there are some signs of wear and tear. Guest access The driveway is accessible for safe parking. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. The garden is fully fenced, which will ensure their safety and freedom. (Extra charge) You have access to the ground floor and its amenities. ⚠️The basement is separate and will not be accessible to you.
