Whether you are on vacation or have a temporary job in the area, our space full of peace and comfort is for you. Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet, centrally located accommodation. It features a separate entrance and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The space This clean and cozy suite with a separate entrance attached to the main house (where the owners live) is designed for your comfort in Florida. It accommodates up to two people. The queen-size bed has excellent linens and comfortable pillows for a comfortable night's sleep. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a small stove, along with plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pots, and cooking utensils. It also has a table for two to sit and enjoy a romantic and private dinner. It also has a large closet with extra linens. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and bathtub for relaxing with warm water, an iron and ironing board for clothes, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and fluffy white towels. It also has a 43-inch flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is always on at no charge. As this is an annex to the house, we have taken precautions to ensure noise-free conditions; however, you may hear some family noises. The air conditioning is only for the suite, if at any time you want to adjust the temperature, just adjust it to your liking. Guest access Parking: When you arrive at our house, park your vehicle in the parking lot on your left (see pictures), closest to the entrance door. There you'll see a white vinyl fence. Enter, and at the end of the path on the right, you'll find the suite door. Next to the door, there's a lockbox with a code that you'll receive the day before your arrival. Inside, there's a key for the door. Please take care of it... don't lose it. During your stay We'll be attentive to your needs at all times; just send us a message using the Airbnb app. Other things to note Dear guest, Thank you for considering our Airbnb for your stay. We want to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience, so we're sharing our house rules that help us maintain a family-friendly and pleasant atmosphere for everyone: • This is a family-friendly space, so parties are not allowed. • Out of respect for everyone, smoking and vaping are not permitted on the property. There is an outside space with a small table and chairs for smoking. • The use of any type of drug, including marijuana, even for medicinal purposes, is prohibited. • The maximum occupancy is two people. • We only accept guests over 25 years of age. • We ask that you park your vehicle(s) on the gray paved driveway. If you have two vehicles, they must be parked one behind the other, following the arrows indicated in the image. • The limit is two vehicles per stay. • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. • Upon checkout, please be sure to lock your door.
