Chambord Gîte de Masne

Located close to Chambord and Blois, the Gîte de Masne in Courbouzon is the perfect place to discover the Loire Valley. The house can accommodate up to 12 people, including a maximum of 10 adults, and has 5 bedrooms, including a mezzanine bedroom and 4 bathrooms. Six adult bikes are at your disposal as well as a ping pong table and foosball. You'll find a charcoal BBQ and gas plancha for outdoor cooking. Cleaning is included. The space On the Loire bike path, our cottage will allow you to enjoy the calm and cultural riches of the region. Our cottage is a 180 m² house in the Loire Valley, surrounded by nature and surrounded by fields. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The large enclosed and wooded garden of 1000 m2 will delight children and adults: garden furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue, a plancha for cooking outdoors, children's games, bikes made available free of charge await you. On the ground floor, from the living room (with open kitchen) you can enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The large table, designed for a dozen guests, was built with an elm tree from the property. You can relax for friendly moments with the foosball table. The living room communicates with Marceline's bedroom which has a large 1.60 m bed and direct access to the bathroom (with 1 shower, 1 bathtub and toilet). You will also have access to this bathroom through the living room. The second part of the accommodation ("the studio") is also accessed through the living room, an independent part of the house, tiled with terracotta tiles, which can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor of the studio, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. Upstairs, you access by a rotating staircase to a mezzanine bedroom with a 1.40 m bed. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 cm and a baby bed, with its shower room and toilet, a second bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm, and a third spacious bedroom with 1 double bed (1.40 m) and 1 bed 90 x 200 cm. There is also a separate shower room and toilet upstairs. The cottage is designed for moments of relaxation and sharing: - 6 bikes for your rides to Chambord or on the Loire bike trail - Foosball and ping pong table for wild games - a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals as at home: charcoal barbecue, raclette and pancake appliances, gas plancha as well as all the accessories for cooking... Enjoy your weekend to the fullest: arrival possible from 5 p.m. on Friday and departure until 5 p.m. on Sunday to extend the fun! - Cleaning included - Free Wi-Fi internet. - For your toddlers, bathtub, high chair, toilet adapter, potty, 2 baby beds, 1 child bed, books and toys... - Beds made on arrival, linens provided except bath towels and hand towels for an extra €4 per person per stay. - New and very comfortable bedding. - Air-conditioned living room and mezzanine area Electric vehicle charging: not available on-site. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles in the cottage. Public charging stations are nearby. Guest access By highway: MER toll exit, at the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Beaugency/Orléans, then turn right 100 m after the roundabout: Herbilly sign. Cross the village of Herbilly, at the exit, turn right towards the Loire/Raudière. Drive 2 km, to La Raudière, turn right again at the crossroads. Drive 500 m, you pass in front of our Mane farm, drive another 1 km and climb on the dike, turn left, you have arrived! Via the Muides Bridge: After the bridge, drive 1 km and turn right, towards Courbouzon. Continue straight for 3 km and at the 1st intersection, turn right towards the castle. At the top of the dike, turn left, drive 200 m, the cottage is the 1st house of the 3 at the bottom on your left. Other things to note Cleaning is included. The beds are made on arrival, tea towels and hand towels are included except bath sheets and towels (€4/pers/stay). To facilitate your stay, household products are at your disposal (dishwasher tablets, sponge, dishwashing product...) as well as some basic products for cooking (sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, coffee), all at no extra cost.
