3 Bed City Apt with fast Wi-Fi

We self-manage our apartments and do not use a third-party Airbnb property management company. Since 2024, this approach has allowed us to keep our rates up to 20% lower while maintaining a high standard of service. The space My lovely and newly renovated second floor apartment is superbly situated off London Road, a 10 minute walk to Princes Street and 10 minutes from Holyrood Park or London Road Gardens (for a morning walk or jog). My home is super clean and it has been furnished with all the comforts of a home away from home. Perfect for single travellers, couples or families either for a MID TERM getaway or for a LONG TERM stay as it has been renovated keeping our guests needs in mind. This is a second floor tenement flat that recently underwent a small refresh. SENSITIVE LET As this is a tenement flat we welcome guests that are respectful and considerate to neighbours. This means we ask that you please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. ZONED PARKING Please note the area is now zoned for parking. There is currently free parking 10-15 minute walk away. Message the Host for further details. If travelling with a car we suggest you search for an Airbnb with private parking. THE KITCHEN This cream shaker-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal away from home. A few nice additions to the kitchen are the Nespresso, microwave, soft-close doors, full-size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and Air fryer. There is also a washing machine (clothes rack, iron & ironing board are in the hall cupboard). THE LIVINGROOM AREA A soothing and stylish interior design with a comfortable 3-seat chaise-longue sofa, scab-style armchair, and everything you need to make your stay a home from home. Also in the room is a 43 inch HD TV with quad processor which has all of your key apps like Netflix and Amazon pre-installed. WiFi is provided using high-speed fibre optic cables. This package is 1Gb (1,000 Mb) and has a minimum guaranteed download speed of 500Mb, upload of 50 Mbps, and a Chita router. Fibre broadband is consistently reliable and uptime exceptional, however enhanced fault response times are available if needed as this is a business (rather than personal) support package. As the apartment is in a large Victorian property with thick walls we use a wifi mesh system throughout the building. HALLWAY The hallway has ample space here to leave coats and shoes after a long walk on Arthurs Seat or a hard day at work. BEDROOMS Bedroom one has a comfy Double size bed (UK Double) with a super-comfortable memory foam mattress and two types of pillows to choose from. Bedroom Two has a Queen size bed (UK King) while Bedroom 3 has a Double size bed (UK Double). For storage, each bedroom has bedside drawers, a vanity table with hair-dryer and useful socket close by with mirror, multiple usb a&c sockets throughout the flat, and lots of space to store/hang your clothes. Good quality freshly-laundered bedding and towels are provided for a hotel style clean apartment. THE BATHROOMS Clean and modern with contemporary fittings. The ensuite bathroom has a heavy steel shower tray with wide 1000 tray and a Mira Sport 10.8kw shower (the highest wattage shower available on the market). The basin and toilet are premium brands with good quality fittings, soft-close seat and an LED mirror which allows you to have a lower light source if using the bathroom at night. There is constant hot water. The heating throughout the is regulated by a thermostat, however each radiator has its own adjustable thermostat.
