The space This tiny house is set on a private 5 acre, exclusive use parcel of land facing North to West with Eastern sunlight streaming through the kitchen windows and skylight. Featuring 2 X 9sqm bedroom lofts (1 x King and 1 x Double, new mattresses), a separate living/sleeping space downstairs, allowing you to go from 4 to 6 people; NB: 6 ppl & pricing to be negotiated on a case by case basis. I can also offer overflow accommodation in a 25sqm timber studio 25m away. Set on 16 acres of lush, subtropical farmland. Sharing a mineral pool w/ the main house (use to be agreed on each occasion w/ host). Single parking space in newly built riverstone driveway connected to a 15 L x 3m deep riverstone outdoor living area. Outdoor furnishings include a firepit/Chiminaya, charcoal BBQ, table and chairs. Please bring own firewood and heat beads. You are welcome to collect kindling on the property but please do not use owner's personal firewood supply. Guest access Entire Tiny Home is yours (refer property schematic in photo gallery). The 5 acre parcel is exclusively for the Tiny Home and 2 x 25 sqm timber cabins that can also be used for overflow guests at an agreed price per booking that suits your circumstances. NB - Those cabins would not be utilized by any other guests during your stay as they are studios with air conditioning and basic composting thunder bucket/ toilets. Other things to note IMPT please read: I do not charge a cleaning fee per stay (unless you bring a pet), unlike most hosts who charge $100-150 per stay in a tiny home. This allows me to offer high quality accommodation at an affordable price point, thus opening this unique home to the public in a more inclusive, affordable manner. As such, I will provide clean bed linens for you to make your own beds when you arrive and request that you strip your beds when you leave. I will always perform a deep clean of bedroom lofts, living, kitchen and bathroom in between guest stays. I clean bathroom tub and floor with diluted bleach for maximum disinfection. If you prefer a different cleaning product used, I can accommodate that request. By way of background, I have lost mobility due to an old skiing accident/an ACL injury so it is difficult for me to crouch down to make the beds as a result of the injury. I do apologise for that as I love to present a made up bedroom. Not having a professional cleaner means that you can treat your family to an extra night instead of paying a cleaning fee. It is also extremely difficult to find reliable cleaners in this area. I've had two in the past and they took a lot of short cuts cleaning wise so I found it frustrating to pay between $150 to $300 per clean. The pool is a shared facility, but we can make special arrangements if you want the pool to yourself during certain days and/or times. I'm not keen to show anyone my body in a swim suit (LOL) so you are welcome to swim by yourselves. The pool sits behind an electric fence so my dogs won't be able to access the pool areas. I have two dogs who love people and like to come around to say hi. This can also be prevented to ensure your privacy. They stay behind an electric fence. Registration Details Exempt
