The space The whole house will be yours for the duration of your stay and comes equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area can seat up to 11 guests. The living area has 3 large sofa beds and a flat screen TV for all to relax and unwind in front of after a day at work or exploring Sheffield and the nearby Peak District. The two bathrooms can be found on the first floor and the second floor – which include a shower room and a full family bathroom, there is also a WC ground floor next to the kitchen. There is ample FREE parking at the property with space for 1 vehicle on the driveway and plenty of on street parking surrounded the property. Decibel Counter As this is a residential area there is a quiet time in place from 9pm to 9am. The property is fitted with a Db meter which records noise levels and times to protect you and our neighbours. The device does not record conversations, only noise levels. CCTV Please note that we have CCTV covering the external areas of the property which is installed to protect you and our neighbours. Guest access Self-check-in is from 3 pm on the date of arrival. You have full and exclusive use of the property during your stay. Please note that your Check-in details cannot be finalized until Pre Check-in has been completed. Once completed, full check-in and access details will be available to you via the Guest Guide 24 hours before your check-in time. Other things to note PRE CHECK IN Pre-Check In is administered automatically by our system after a booking is made. Please kindly complete this to improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and properties. ~ We require some standard information about the lead guest for every reservation including full name, address, email and telephone number. ~ Identification: We request a copy of the ID of the person making the booking, or the lead guest ahead of releasing check-in information. This is to comply with insurance purposes and improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and the property. ~ Booking Terms and Conditions: We require a digital signature from the person making the booking or the lead guest to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions. HOUSE RULES Our detailed House Rules will be sent to you after booking but please kindly note: ~ No parties or events are allowed at any time. ~ We cannot accommodate pets at this property. ~ Guests must not smoke within the property at any time and any used cigarettes must be stubbed out and disposed of safely. Please do not throw these onto the floor. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside the property a charge of £200 will be made for deep cleaning. This excludes any damage charges due to, for example, cigarette burns in contents. ~ Please respect our neighbours at all times when inside and outside the property and avoid excessive noise at all times.
