Also included is a fully-stocked kitchenette. The space The entire apartment is beautifully decorated in a minimalist style. It also comes with a smart TV so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows on it, free high-speed WiFi, and a couch so you can unwind. It also comes with a balcony from which you can enjoy the early morning and a great evening. Borivali East is a neighbourhood in Mumbai. The airport is only eighteen kilometres away, making this a prime location, and the train station is within walking distance. As with our service apartments, all the standard conveniences are included. Led televisions, high-speed wireless internet, room service, cooking facilities, hair dryers in each bathroom, complimentary newspaper, gratis laundry service of up to six items per day, free parking and everything else are all at your disposal. Guest access The cook or housekeeper can help you out. Feel free to let them know your preferences if you want them to prepare a delicious dinner or snack. They will cater to your specific preferences and dietary needs. If you want a free breakfast, you must let the caretaker know the night before what you want to eat from the menu card so that he can make it fresh for you in the morning and serve you in a clean environment. Since our chef prepares breakfast for Indian tastes, we ask that our international guests let him know what they prefer so he may adjust his preparations accordingly. Other things to note I just wanted to remind you that throwing a party or having a get-together is not allowed in our apartment. We also ask that you refrain from playing loud music, screaming, or disturbing our neighbours. It's important that we all respect each other's space and privacy. This place is exclusively for Business and Family travellers who wish to have a second home in Mumbai City. If any inappropriate behaviour or violation of our House Rules is observed, we may have to politely refuse your booking. In addition, please note that our management team reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they have already checked in and are not following the rules. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer any refunds in such cases. Lastly, I'd like to remind you that only personal bags are allowed on the premises. Please refrain from bringing boxes, cartons, sacks, or furniture with you. Our apartments are not meant to be used as godowns, and we do not allow the storage of materials or goods.
