2-bedroom apartment in the city center

Enjoy Douarnenez and everything nearby, in a home right in the center. In a secure residence, our comfortable apartment on the third floor can accommodate up to 4 people, and has two small balconies. Free parking right next door. A few minutes' walk from shops (including a supermarket that closes late), cinema, and bus stop; 20 minutes' walk from the beach, ports, or media library. Bistros, market and café-concert nearby. The space Our apartment is located on the third floor of a secure residence, with a spiral concrete staircase (no elevator). It is a building from the 70s, but some work has been done: double glazing, new kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms We have two bedrooms: one bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed, a dressing room and a small balcony. A second bedroom with a 140 x 190 sofa bed with mattress and mattress topper, a dressing closet, and a large dresser. Sheets are provided, clean and comfortable. Pillows are carefully selected (2 extra if needed). Shower room The bathroom was completely redone 3 years ago: it is small but the shower is spacious, and there is storage, a washing machine and some organic products available to help out. Towels provided. Kitchen The kitchen is spacious, new (redone 3 years ago), and fully equipped. Dishwasher, induction hob, Delonghi coffee machine, rotating heat oven, large fridge and freezer, kettle and Berkey filter fountain. We take great care to provide everything necessary for cooking, and also the basic necessities: oil, vinegar, salt, soy sauce, sugar, coffee, tea, infusions, but also a little rice and pasta to help out just in case. Living Room We have a sofa and club chair, dining table, TV with box, Wi-Fi, board games for young and old, and some books (especially cooking). A bay window opens onto a balcony with a bistro table and two chairs. Others In the hallway, a storage closet serves as a cloakroom to store coats, shoes, bags. In the back kitchen, we have a clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, crate for glass and household products. Guest access All the accommodation is accessible. Other things to note Please leave the used towels and tea towels in the shower tray. If you want to remove the sheets (only if you have time!), you can leave them in the shower tray as well. Since we do not consume animal products ourselves, we will appreciate not finding any animal food in the fridge or freezer. The apartment must be free by noon at the latest, so I can clean it.
