As night falls, step onto the expansive wooden deck and fire up the BBQ for a laid-back evening, or lounge under the stars in the lush backyard. Find comfort across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Downstairs, recharge in a double-bedded room with a built-in wardrobe, while opposite, the home office offers a spacious desk, ergonomic chair, and shelves stocked with books and board games. Freshen up in the family bathroom nearby with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, retreat to the air-conditioned primary bedroom, where a queen bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe, portable heater, and ceiling fan ensure absolute comfort. Step onto your private balcony to take in the garden views, then unwind in the ensuite’s refreshing shower or sink into the deep bathtub (spa function unavailable). Recharge in the other two bedrooms—one queen, one double—each featuring ceiling fans and split-system cooling and heating. Touch up in the nearby half-bathroom before heading down to join the group for a fun night. Escape to the self-contained granny flat, an ideal retreat for extended family members or anyone seeking a private space. Stretch out on the soft grey sofa in the living area or sharpen your skills with a game of pool. Brew a coffee or tea in the compact kitchenette, then relax at the breakfast bar with garden views. While it’s not set up for cooking, the main house kitchen is yours to prepare meals. Store your belongings in the walk-in wardrobe and rejuvenate in the ensuite with a walk-in shower. Rest easy in the bedroom with a ceiling fan and a portable heater for ultimate comfort. Experience a hassle-free stay with two dedicated driveway spots and free street parking. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally. The big bins are collected every Tuesday, so they must be placed on the footpath for collection every Monday evening. Guests staying on Monday - Tuesday are asked to take the bins out. If you're not comfortable with this, please consider another listing. The gardener arrives after 10am on the last Tuesday or Wednesday of the month. We are unable to replace the BBQ gas bottle when it runs out. However, if a guest exchanges the empty gas bottle for a full one at the local petrol station, we will reimburse the cost. Guests are required to clean the BBQ after use. A $50 fee will apply if it is left uncleaned. Please note that the spa bath function in the ensuite bathroom is not working, but the bath is still functional.
