The accommodation is surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan coast and is just a few minutes from the sea, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large garden at your disposal. Parking space on site! The space The 50 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a shared villa WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it). The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, blender, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, TV, mezzanine with storage room and access to the garden; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and small bookcase; - BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet; - GARDEN (accessible from the living room) with gazebo and dining table, barbecue, outdoor sink, shower, sun loungers and hammock. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (outside), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. The apartment has an uncovered parking space in the condominium garden. ATTENTION: - There are several steps outside and inside the house; be careful if you are traveling with children. Guest access The entire accommodation (including the private garden) is at your complete disposal; the parking space is located in a shared space.
