Only 100 meters from the lake is in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on Kastanienallee, our small Swedish cottage, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with friends or friends. The Kiebitzsee has a great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald. The space Newly built and stylishly decorated in 2019, our Swedish house offers all the amenities you need. Away from your own 4 walls an extraordinary place to escape from everyday life. Since 2 Sweden houses are offered by us on the property, we can accommodate up to 12 guests in total. So it's ideal, for example, for families friends or larger groups! Guest access Our house is completely at your disposal, as is the terrace belonging to the house. On our property, there is another Sweden house (Sweden house Bennet), which is also offered for rent. The garden of the property is shared by the tenants of both houses. Other things to note Our H Hules: Dear guests! Our cottage is their second home home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and find time to relax. We have gone to great lengths with the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are helpful for a harmonious stay. Also, we have listed some rules that we hope will find your understanding. Our house is built in Swedish style. In this country, it is common for guests to view their place for a while like their own house. A proper treatment of the house on your part is the prerequisite that you help us to offer the house satisfactorily to you and other guests in the future as well. General If you miss anything in the establishment or if you need help, contact us with confidence. The complete equipment, which is located in the holiday home or on the outdoor area and belongs to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire facility and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions. Additional costs water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rental price. These costs are calculated for normal consumption. If these are above average, we adhere to an additional charge. Kitchen Please also handle the kitchen equipment and the technical appliances with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards in a clean and dry condition. Please only use garbage cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them sealed in the residual garbage can. No waste, food scraps, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, sinks and shower! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the lines, e.g. no sanitary products in the toilet. The refrigerator must be emptied before moving out and wiped off damp, no food should remain in it. Garbage Since we are obliged to separate garbage according to the statutes of the recreation area, the garbage must be separated according to: all packaging with the green dot in the yellow bag, no food scraps Organic waste - organic waste, as well as food scraps Paper residual garbage - anything that doesn't fall under the first three categories We provide garbage bags free of charge. Please dispose of old glass yourself. Reusable bottles and other pawns must also be disposed of independently where it was purchased. With the house key you will receive a key for the “garbage space”. Tons are available for the different types of garbage in this enclosed area. Cleaning If you ever have an accident (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remedy this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to clean the used dishes in the cupboards. Rest periods In the sense of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the rest periods that are customary in the recreation area, such as lunchtime, night and Sunday rest. In the holiday home and on the outdoor area between 22 - 7 o'clock the night rest should be observed. Internet/WLAN In the holiday home there is a wireless Internet connection (WLAN). The necessary access code can be found in the vacation home. The use of the Internet with your own Wi-Fi enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the renter. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant. Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the cottage. Please leave the cottage to smoke. Please do not dispose of the leftovers on the property, but in the ashtray. Empty the ashtray in the residual trash before departure. Pets are not allowed in the cottage. ParkingParking can be parked right in front of the cottage, other public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. In the event of loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents, the lessor shall not be liable, except in the event of intent or gross negligence. In the case of immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the landlord has to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the apartment are immediately communicated to the landlord. Guest grants the landlord a reasonable period of time to remedy the defects. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted and cannot be credited. Keys Please never hand over the keys. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. Please lock the front door on the day of departure and lock the keys in the key box provided. Inventory The furnishings located in the holiday home - in particular blankets, towels, pillows, etc. - are intended exclusively for use in the holiday home. Consumables For the beginning, consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent) are available. After that, we ask for self-catering. If the salt or rinse aid leaves out in the dishwasher, we ask for a short notice. Ventilation To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms adequately, at least 1x ventilation per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. Please leave the shutters open during the day. Liability The landlord is not responsible for valuables of the guest (s). Visiting Extra guests that stay overnight must be communicated directly to the landlord. The maximum number of guests of 6 people per house may not be exceeded. Arrival and departure Arrival is possible from 2 pm on the day of arrival - possibly earlier if no departure takes place on the same day. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to release the holiday home by 10 a.m. at the latest. On your departure, the holiday home should look like you found it again. When booking the holiday home, we assume that the house rules are accepted.
