Stylishly furnished throughout, Twitchers Cottage boasts stunning views of the coastline. On winter evenings there is a wood burning stove to cosy up in front of, and on long summer days a delightful patio garden provides panoramic views over the marshes towards Titchwell beach. The sitting room, master bedroom and the comfortable twin bedroom all benefit from these very same views. This pretty coastal cottage is open-plan on the ground floor and has a well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances which is ideal for entertaining. However, if you fancy treating yourself to a meal out, the renowned Titchwell Manor Hotel/Restaurant and Briarfields Hotel are both just a very short stroll away from the cottage and serve excellent food; be it a bar snack, afternoon tea or fine dining. This brick and flint cottage, built in 1897, also benefits from countryside views to the front and you may even be lucky enough to see the deer grazing. Close to The Wash estuary and the RSPB reserve, Titchwell is a very popular area for bird watchers throughout the year, but especially during spring and autumn migration, and the spectacular winter geese and wader phenomenon. There is a large telescope so you can watch all of the wildlife from the patio doors. Conveniently close to the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton, as well as Brancaster beach, Twitchers Cottage is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of North West Norfolk. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Pillows and duvets are synthetic. Travel cot and high chair are available on request, please bring your own bedding. The owners dog may have visited the property. The space Ground Floor: Hallway Boot and coat storage. There is a dining table with two benches seating six guests, two comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove in feature brick surround, telescope for bird watching, wall mounted Smart television, coffee table, bookcase and patio doors to garden overlooking the marshes. Utility room With an under counter larder fridge, washing machine, wash basin and chair. Shower room With a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Bedroom two With a king-size bed, dressing table, wardrobe, chair, mirror, and views over open countryside. Bedroom three With twin 3' single beds, dressing table, television which operates as a DVD player only, and views over the marshes and the sea. Family shower room With a walk-in-shower, wash basin and WC. Second Floor: Bedroom one With a 5' king-size bed, dressing table, beamed apex ceiling, hanging space for clothes, and dual aspect windows with countryside and sea views. Outside: Garden and patio area with outside furniture to the rear of the cottage. Off-road private parking for three cars. Further parking is available on the village road.
