Upstairs in a house inhabited by the owners, these two non-smoking rooms are accessible by an internal staircase. A shower room is shared by both bedrooms. This brand new accommodation is located in the village of Crevin, Village Étape, in the immediate vicinity of the 4-lane Rennes - Nantes road. Rennes 16 km, Nantes 85 km. There are several shops, restaurants, picnic areas. The space The house is located in a very quiet environment. These are two large bedrooms, with a 160 x 200 cm bed for one, and two 90 x 200 cm beds for the other. Possibility of adding a baby crib. The bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) is private. There is no cooking equipment on site. There is no breakfast service but this is possible in local shops (bar in the town center or hotel restaurant).
