The villa has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and the lounge. Villa Eftyhia sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is however a possibility to accommodate one extra child on request. The upper floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen, a dinner, a family bathroom and a family WC. The property resides in 260 square metres of space and over 8sq-km of land. The property has been reported to be ideal for children and it benefits from having a private garden. Local taxes & fees: Your price covers all known taxes. Occasionally, local governments add new visitor taxes on short notice.
