Easy Access to London via Borough Green/Wrotham station just a 20 minute walk with good commuter services to London Victoria, London Bridge and London Charing Cross. Also a direct line to Ashford international The space Bright clean spacious rooms with stylish decor and a chilled vibe. The house boasts 2 bedrooms with 2 double rooms and a twin bed room, there are 2 bathrooms and an additional WC, living area with a sofa bed. The Forge is perfect for wedding accommodation and lends itself beautifully for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. Brands Hatch racing circuit is located 10 minutes from The Forge, so is perfect to accommodate racers and families. We can promise that once you stay at The Forge, you certainly won't want to leave, and if you are lucky then you will capture a fantastic sunrise from the decked area overlooking the fields. There is ample parking in a private gated driveway with space for parking 3 cars comfortably. Wrotham is a historic village on the Pilgrims' Way, at the foot of the North Downs and is designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, offering many delightful country walks. Its proximity to Brands Hatch makes this an ideal place to stay if you want to spend your time at the track and then escape to the peace of a country village location and all that offers. The village has 3 places to walk to enjoy a drink and food in a cosy environment with open fires and a friendly welcome. The village of Wrotham is positioned between the M20 and M26 motorways provides easy access to London, the M25, the coast and Ebbsfleet International. You can drive to Gatwick in 35 minutes, with easy access to the costal towns of Whitstable 45 minutes, Folkstone 50 minutes, and Deal in 1 hour. Places of interest within easy driving distance are Ightam Mote, 12 minutes, Leeds Castle 24 minutes, Historic Chatham Dockyard 27 minutes, Bewl Water 35 minutes, Port Lympne Safari Park 45 minutes. The historic town of Canterbury with the wonderful Canterbury Catheral only 45 minutes away. Sevenoaks town is just 16 minutes drive, with a large array of shops and restaurants. There is easy access to all the wonderful things London has to offer via Borough Green/Wrotham station that is just a 20 minute walk away or a 2 minute drive. The station offers good commuter services to London Victoria, London Bridge and London Charing Cross. Also a direct line to Ashford International The closest large village to Wrotham in walking distance is Borough Green, where there is an excellent range of local shops (including Sainsbury’s Local and a Co-Op) as well as other amenities (such as a library, village hall and various churches) and independent restaurants and cafes as well as a Costa. Guest access All areas of this beautiful modern home can be used by guests. There is no access to the garage. There is a swim spa in the garden, that is not advertised and is not in use. Guests do not have access to this. Other things to note We do not allow events / parties No stag or hen parties permitted. This is a strict rule as the house is in a quiet area and we want to respect our neighbours. Smoking is only permitted in outside designated areas. There are 3 allocated parking spaces, for all other cars there is nearby street parking. There is plenty of room with the 3 allocated car spaces for you to turn around in the driveway of the Forge. Please do not reverse into the neighbours driveway
