The house offers two bedrooms: one with a bunk bed, and the other with a queen-size bed that can be separated into two twins if needed. Both rooms have air conditioning, and the master bedroom includes a high-efficiency wood stove for those cooler nights. The bathroom is full-sized, clean, and comfortable. At the front of the house, a charming porch awaits with outdoor seating and a hammock—perfect for lounging at any time of day. Outdoors, enjoy a traditional fogón (firepit), great for grilling or simply sitting by the fire under a starlit sky. You’ll also have full access to 107 hectares of natural surroundings. Guest access The house is located just 5 km from the city of Minas, with easy access via Route 12 and a well-marked 2 km country road. Guests are provided with a remote control for the electric gate, offering convenient and private access to the property.
