Please read the full description before booking. The space Here you live in a charming retro cottage. There is no hot water in the cottage. Shower and toilet, washing machine are available in the nearby lakeside cabin, about 50 meters from the cottage (combination lock). For safety and fire reasons, barbecuing is not allowed by the house. However, there is a public barbecue area at Kalvenbadet, about a 7-8 minute walk away. Guest access From Bohus-Malmön, you cross the bridge at the guest harbor to Kalven Island. The house is accessed via a private paved road. The road is narrow and winds through the scenic archipelago environment, which is typical for Kalven. Please drive calmly and adjust your speed. At the end of the road, there is a reserved parking space for the house. Detailed directions and other practical information will be sent before check-in Other things to note There is no hot water in the cottage. Shower and toilet, washing machine are in the nearby boathouse (code lock). On the property, there is another home that is rented separately. Washing machine is shared between the residents. We appreciate all guests being considerate and respecting each other's privacy. Some parts of the property are private and are not included with the accommodation.
