The newly renovated accommodation on the 2nd floor ("the yellow one") is ideal for families, business travelers and fitters. Three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a large kitchen can accommodate up to six people. On the 1st floor there is another similar apartment ("the green one"). If more space is needed, both apartments can be rented together. The space The 80 m² apartment is bright, cozy and functionally furnished. It has three bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with seating, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom. A height-adjustable desk with ergonomic chair provides an ideal workplace. The connection is excellent: Mahlow S-Bahn station (S2) is a 10-minute walk away, the highway ramp is right around the corner, and BER Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The Lichtenrade S-Bahn station is currently being expanded into a long-distance station. Guest access Guests will have access to the complete apartment. Sufficient public parking spaces are right in front of the house. Access is via the shared stairwell. The whole building is equipped with a digital locking system, which you can open via app or with a code. You will receive the specific information about access after booking. Other things to note The apartment is still in the final stages of preparation. By the start of the rental on April 6th, the equipment will be complete, and missing photos will be gradually added.
