Private & Separate 2bed w/ own hot tub & parking

Step away from the city life for a bit and relax your mind in this spacious, serene space. Only a few mins away from Big Rivers Water Park & 30 mins to downtown. Private back yard that’s fenced, with a 4 person hot tub. Theres also many games to play as well as a grill for cooking. Separate building and entrance with a 2 car parking space, AC & tv in every room and many streaming apps. We also own a back up generator in case the area loses power. No quiet hours. Only smoking allowed is outside The space 2 Cameras on the property. 1 in the front entrance, and 1 in the backyard. Full separate house with separate entrance and multiple parking spots. Backyard is completely fenced for privacy. Hot tub, WiFi, washer, dryer, hot water and the streaming apps are specifically for the guests. This property isn’t used, so if something’s not working let me know because otherwise, I would never know. Other things to note For an additional fee we can supply you with a inflatable queen size air mattress & headboard ($20/night) We will charge an extra fee if: 1) You smoke inside. - $50 (Please keep it outdoors) 2) stain/damage the couch or other furniture. Price Varies (Had guests damage the couch, end table, handles for the stove, shower head & side of the AC. Didn’t charge anyone. The couch was the last straw lol. 3) lose any remote (tv, ac or fan) - $5-10 4) Hot tub is left disgusting - $40 for example a lot of dirt in the tub, excessive bubbles (ie. looks like a bubble bath). This is because we will have to completely drain and refill hotub again and then reheat that much water to over 100°. That will take time to reheat and will affect the experiences of our other guests. So if the hot tub is taking a while to heat up it’s because the water was just emptied out and cleaned it prior to your arrival. So it’s not that something is wrong with the hot tub, it just needs some time to heat up that much volume of water. We are prioritizing cleanliness. Majority of the time we won’t need to empty out the tub because we have cleaning tools for the water, it’s only when there’s an excessive amount of dirt. Thanks for your understanding.
