Renovated Lake Home With Dock and Beach

This lakefront home has been fully renovated and includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple living spaces, two kitchens, and an attic bunk room with swing and play area! Enjoy the beach right across the street, or tie up your boat to the brand new dock on Fountain Lake. Rental includes access to kayaks, beach gear, and yard games. There are many outdoor living spaces to enjoy, where you’ll have a perfect view of the gorgeous sunsets every night. The space First Floor: The open kitchen and living area are perfect for hanging out together, with hardwood floors, comfy seating, and a fireplace to keep things cozy. You’ll love the lake views from the big windows, and there are plenty of books and games in the built-ins for entertainment. The Samsung Frame TV is centrally located above the fireplace so you can watch the big game from all angles. (Or have it set to art mode and just take in the view!) The vaulted sunroom is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or curling up with a book while enjoying the view. The powder bathroom off the kitchen has heated floors, so you can stay comfy even on cooler days. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, heated floors and marble finishes in the bathroom, and a walk-in closet with washer and dryer. Second Floor: On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, each with space for two guests. You'll also find two adorable updated bathrooms (heated floors again!), and the kitchenette with a breakfast bar, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and small appliances for your toast and morning coffee. There’s another living area with a 55” TV, plus more amazing lake views! Third Floor (Vaulted Attic Space): The third floor is a fun hangout spot, especially for kids (or the young at heart). With six twin beds, a small TV, books, games, toys, and even a swing, it’s a cozy, playful space to relax and have fun. Whether you’re here to go out on the lake or stay in and make memories with your crew, this lake house has everything you need! Guest access Guests will receive a unique code for the smart lock. (Located on side door entrance.) Other things to note Dock access is seasonal and dependent on the schedule of our installation and removal company. Typically, the dock goes in at the beginning of May and is removed mid-October.
