The studio is new, modern, and comfortably designed to accommodate up to two guests. It features a sofa bed (clic-clac) that easily converts into a comfortable bed for the night. The photos will help you see the comfort of the space. All the bedding you need is stored in the sofa bed’s compartment. You can fully enjoy your stay without worrying about putting it back in sofa mode at the end of your visit—the cleaner will take care of it. The bathroom is practical and well-equipped, with two towels provided in the cabinet. The neighborhood is calm, convenient, and pleasant. Just steps away, you’ll find a bakery for a delicious start to your day, a Lidl supermarket for your shopping, and a gym within walking distance. For relaxation, Parc de la Poudrerie, the area’s main green space, is perfect for walks, jogging, or simply enjoying some fresh air. Guest access Instructions for Accessing the Apartment and Managing Your Stay The apartment is reserved for a maximum of two guests. No outside visitors are allowed. Arrival • Send a message to open the automatic gate. • Use the code provided on the day of your arrival to access the connected key box. • Retrieve the badge for the building door and the keys to access the apartment. • The Wi-Fi code is on the back of the exit door. Using the keys and badge • The badge allows access to the building door. • The small key opens the apartment. • The large key opens the exterior gate to go out. • The Wi-Fi code is on the back of the exit door.
