House with character: fenced garden, ideal for familly

La Cerisaie is a large, cheerful and warm village house built in 1620 and fully renovated by an architect in 2012. In a quiet garden fenced with walls and perfectly secured for children with fruit trees and large hundred-year-old boxwood under which it is pleasant to take your meals or nap. The house with very thick walls stays cool when it is very hot outside. It is an ideal place for young children (games and inflatable pool) as well as for teenagers (table tennis, 5 bikes at your disposal and free tennis courts 200 m). The decoration is refined. It has a lot of charm. This property is composed of a main house with 4 bedrooms, bathroom and shower room and a guesthouse in the outbuildings (20 m from the main house). 2 very nice cats used to children live in the workshops and the garden.
