Part of a house renovated with natural materials in a quiet area. The part of the house has a separate entrance and a private garden where both children and pets can be safe. The car can be parked in the garage and up to 3 cars can be parked in the garden. You can have a barbecue in the garden. Next to the laundry room there is a sauna that can be heated either with wood or electricity. Within walking distance are the Estonian National Museum, Raadi Lake, manor park, street basketball, football, table tennis, disc golf, adventure park, Upside Down House, snow park. Other things to note The apartment may not be suitable for a guest who has allergies to pets. The previous guest may have stayed in the same apartment with their pet and regular cleaning may not remove all the allergens left by that animal. The apartment may not be suitable for a guest who is sensitive to noise from other people living in the same house. Hosts live in the same house above the rented apartment and have small children.
