The space ACCOMMODATION DETAILS This 4-bedroom duplex is a totally brand new renovated brownstone. It has an open-plan first floor with a large living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom. Stairs lead to the garden from the first floor. The second floor has the master bedroom with queen size bed, with one large bathroom. and 2 additional mid-size guest room with queen size beds which share a bathroom Modern, warm and welcoming. The living room has an living Divani couch and a lot of European Furniture, a Turkish carpet from abc, and floss lights. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. There is a lot of sunlight throughout the house. We particularly love the back yard and the rooftop Guest access This is our own house. We only rent it when we are traveling. You will have access to the entire place Other things to note please note that there is a cat in the house that will not be during your stay but if needs to be noted if you are allergic to cats.
