You will stay in an independent wing of a private mansion built in 1722 by François Digaultray des Landes and listed as a Historic Monument. This house is located in the heart of the city of Quintin, a small city of character and 3rd favorite village of the French in 2022, less than 30 minutes from the beaches. Carefully decorated in an 18th century style and offering all the necessary comforts, it offers a magnificent view of a listed French garden, a true haven of peace. The space The cottage offers an area of nearly 200 m2: - A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle...) - A dining room (25 m2) - Two bedrooms: - one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed (19 m2) - one bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds (27 m2) - Bathroom (bathtub/shower) - A dressing room (17 m2) - A living room (27 m2) - A gallery (42 m2) - An outdoor terrace with an outdoor living room - 3 toilets Guest access Independent entrance through number 3 Rue Saint-Thurian and access to a private terrace and French garden. Free public parking 50 m away. Saint-Brieuc TGV Station is less than a 20-minute drive from the house. Other things to note Many shops are in the immediate vicinity of the house (restaurants, grocery store, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, antique shop, jewelry store, watchmaking...). Many dream beaches are within a 30-minute drive and the Pink Granite Coast within an hour. We will be there to advise you on the most beautiful tourist sites around Quintin.
