Stylish - Modern colors, timeless furniture, massive 65 inch TV, tasteful decoration and stunning views will make you have a good time & also invite to take some Insta-worthy shots! A 65 inch TV will make a Netflix night feel like a movie theater! A home away from home! The space You enter the apartment into the spacious living room. The open kitchen concept and massive windows + balcony's on both the living rooms and the kitchen side make the room feel even more spacious than it is. Coming to the kitchen you have an U-shaped countertop that gives you a lot of space to prepare meals or even do a cookout with friends/family. Next to the kitchen sink you'll find a door that leads you onto the second of 4 balconies. Back to the hallway we can enter the Master bedroom with a full sized private bathroom & yet another small balcony. Big windows allow a nice view on our green neighborhood from the bed. The second bedroom does also have a dedicated balcony. This bedroom uses the bathroom that can be found directly next to the room. Guest access Guests will have the entire Apartment for themselves - they can enjoy a lot of privacy and comfort inside an apartment that feels just like home. The apartment is located in the Msasani neighborhood right on the Masaki Peninsula, that's basically where you want to be if it comes to bars, restaurants and any other social activities + you have great and fast connection to almost all the other parts of the City. Our streets are very safe, there is a public park just across the road, you're on a paved road without any potholes and you can buy fresh fruits and veggies from a lovely lady just outside the gate. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a low costs accomodations in Africa and no 5 Star resort, so here's what to expect and what not to expect: We've had only few power cuts in recent months (1-2 per months) but be aware that we do not have a backup generator, that means in case of a power cut there won't be electricity. The apartment is in an older apartment building, we have done everything possible to make the inside look new, shiny and stylish. We give our guests 25 kWh units of electricity per day, that is enough for everything including moderate AC usage. But if you use all ACs 24 hours a day you'd need to top up some electricity yourself. This is to promote cautious usage of electricity, prevent wasting electricity and to keep prices down both for you as a guest and us as hosts. At the moment the elevator is out of order, we have reduced the price and try to have the house management fix it as soon as possible.
