We love the excellent wine from local producers, the good food our Chef offers, soaking in the very pleasant thermal waters, and enjoying the enchanting landscapes of the Tuscan countryside. You will find all this in this area of Southern Tuscany: the Valdichiana Senese, next to the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO heritage site. We are happy to share it with our guests! It is also an opportunity to meet producers awarded for the quality of their wines, grown in the vineyards near the villa. We organize tastings in the villa with the producers, collaborate with wineries in Montepulciano and Montalcino, and offer wine tours with various and unique tastings, thanks to their experience in the field. Our villa has preserved the original ancient materials, respecting the typical character of the place. It is spread over two floors and features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two large living rooms with fireplaces, and cozy bedrooms overlooking the lush garden/woodland that surrounds us. - Outside you will find: - - a pergola with a table for outdoor breakfasts, lunches, and dinners; - a lounge area with sofas under the covered gazebo, perfect for gathering in the evening, sipping a good Tuscan red wine until late at night. This entire area is free of steps and internal level changes. The villa has been renovated, equipped with all comforts, such as air conditioning, an efficient heating system, and pellet fireplaces, while respecting the environment as much as possible. The furnishings are a mix of rural tradition, restored by local artisans, and refined pieces that tell the authentic story of the owner’s family, who loves to preserve objects from the past, keeping them in perfect condition so they can live on in the present. Special attention has been given to the décor, playing with the colors of the walls, objects, and collections present. - On the ground floor you will find: - - The living area with a bright, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, professional coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker, blender, pans, pots, plates, glasses..); - a cozy living room with a table, perfect for gathering in front of the fireplace during the colder seasons, with direct access to the beautiful flat garden that leads to the pool or relaxation areas; - a cool summer sitting room, with sofa, relaxing armchair, and bookshelf; - a comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom, equipped with a large travertine shower; - a room with a double bedroom, all comforts, and large windows overlooking the gardens. - On the first floor you will find: - - a large and cozy living room with sofas, fireplace, Smart TV, PS4, and covered terrace with table and chairs; - a double bedroom with a complete bathroom and bathtub with handheld shower; - a double bedroom with bathroom equipped with large shower, sink, and WC. In every room you will find comfortable travertine bathrooms, with spacious showers, towels, and bath products. All beds are king size, with extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses, made by Italian artisans. The ceilings have lime-treated wooden beams (white and bright); the floors are antique terracotta in the living areas and aged oak in the bedrooms, to offer maximum comfort. The interior walls, deliberately imperfect, are personalized with different colors, making each room unique and creative. - Outdoors and garden - The property includes a large garden-woodland, partly flat, offering many secluded areas to read or relax. Children can play freely outdoors under the canopy of trees that surround the villa 360°.
