Our space consists of 2 main areas on the same property: the house with 2 bedrooms, common areas and the suite. Perfect space for a group of friends, family or three couples who want to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in the Caribbean. We are very close to the best beaches, restaurants and the town of Puerto Viejo. A few steps from the best supermarkets in the area. The space Our villa consists of 2 main areas, within the same enclosed property, the main house that has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room (with a main table for 4 people), equipped kitchen and a laundry room. And the bungalow which is accessed by the garden or by the parking lot, which has a kitchenette, closet and full bathroom. All rooms feature A/C, ceiling fan, king size bed, smart TV and high speed WIFI. The gardens have 2 pools. The outdoor parking area available is for 2 vehicles with an outdoor surveillance circuit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, the 2-story house, the bungalow, the two pools in the gardens, the laundry room (They do not have access to the laundry center, for stays of more than 4 nights, laundry service is offered at no additional cost through our housekeeper). *The bungalow can be accessed both from the parking lot through a separate entrance and from the inside through the house's garden. *The back cellar is the only part our guests don't have access to. Other things to note The main room of the house is on the second floor On Mondays and Fridays the pool is cleaned between approximately 11am and 1pm, it is a quick process of about 15 minutes.
