Room in a villa in the middle of the forest

You can reach the Klaistow asparagus farm in 5 minutes by bike. Several other excursion destinations, such as the Baumwipfelpfad in Beelitz-Heilstätten and the Naturbad in Beelitz, can be reached in a short time. Villa Luca is a typical old weekend house. Some things look a little worn (window frame, light switch, etc.) but is clean. I am hardly there; I usually sleep in another house or in the hut on the property. My guests are mostly among themselves, as they wish. The space There are still 2 inflatable beds. They would be placed in the WZ, in the conservatory or in the small hut by arrangement. But this has the character of a rumpling room. If needed, I can make an offer for up to 7 people. Our old villa has the charm of bygone times. For example, the windows look as old as they are certainly. 😁 Through the WZ you can access the sleeping area. The water is supplied using a well that promotes crystal clear water. There are also canisters with drinking water from the waterworks. For colder days, there is a radiator in the bedroom. If you are familiar with it, you can turn on the fireplace by arrangement. The ceiling from the hallway is still unrenovated. Guest access The bedroom, which is accessed through the living room, is being rented out. This can also be used. We also use the house and the garden with its woodland character ourselves, which is why the cupboards are also partly filled. You are allowed to cook in the kitchen. Coffee and tea are available for you to use freely. 1 women's bike, 1 men's bike, plus 1 BMX can be rented by arrangement. My son and I are usually in our other weekend house nearby while the property is rented out. This means our guests have the property to themselves. We may use the garden shed here to sleep, always by arrangement. During your stay I am available 24/7 and am happy if I am called once too often rather than once too little if there are any questions or problems. Other things to note Please respect the neighbors. "Villa Luca" is intended for relaxation, and we all don't need stress😉. Please park the car on the property. Please keep dogs on a leash in the front part of the property. Unfortunately, I had the experience that dogs like to dig and pee in the flower beds. But our darlings can really let off steam behind the house. If the dog/dogs like to jump into bed, I would appreciate it if you bring your own bedding.
