In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and amenities for your holiday: fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, SodaStream, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, dishwasher, baking utensils, etc. Also a large flat screen TV as well as a sound box, a blue ray player and a beautiful fireplace are available here. From here you can also step onto the furnished terrace with adjoining garden, which is also fenced. On the ground floor you will find a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Directly adjacent (bathroom en suite) is the first bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms: one bedroom offers another double bed with armchair, wardrobe and flat screen TV, in the other room you will find two single beds and a dresser. Also upstairs is a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. From the roof windows upstairs you have a beautiful view of the dyke! The entire house is tiled, laminate is laid in the bedrooms, and has pleasant underfloor heating (heated by air heat pump), as well as electric outdoor shutters. Dogs are expressly allowed in the house and welcome, smoking is not permitted. There is a garden shed with electricity connection, where bicycles can be stored. Wi-Fi is available free of charge (we do not guarantee for full availability and sufficient speed)! Up to three cars can be accommodated in front of the house, a wallbox for charging electric cars (against registration and separate payment) is at your disposal. The cottage is located in quiet Hilgenriedersiel, a small coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Surrounded by green meadows and dikes, guests enjoy a relaxed and natural atmosphere here. The charming sandy beach of Hilgenriedersiel is only a few minutes' walk away and offers a wide view over the Wadden Sea, ideal for long walks and bird watching.
