Our farm combines rural charm with modern comfort and offers the perfect retreat for families, nature lovers and anyone who wants to relax in the midst of beautiful scenery. ### **Our accommodations** On our farm, there are three lovingly designed apartments available, which can accommodate up to 15 guests: - **Apartment 1** – for up to 4 people - **Apartment 2** – for up to 4 people - **Apartment 3** – for up to 7 people Each apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with a modern touch and is ideal for relaxation and time together. The spacious outdoor area with garden invites you to linger, while the adjacent forest offers perfect conditions for long walks – whether alone, with family or with a dog. ### **A place for community & recreation** In addition to the apartments, our guests have a **common room** at their disposal, which is perfect for social evenings. Here you will find: ✔ A large TV for movie nights together ✔ A VR racing simulator for exciting competitions ✔ A dartboard for social rounds If you want to end the day in a relaxed way, you can use our sauna (for a fee). It offers the perfect opportunity to unwind after an active day in nature. ### **Activities & Surroundings** Our farm is ideally located for numerous outdoor activities: 🌿 **Hiking & walking** – Beautiful hiking trails run right "outside the door," including the famous Way of St. James. 🚴 **Cycling** – The popular **Kocher-Jagst cycle path** leads practically directly past our accommodation and offers fantastic routes for cyclists. 🏍 **Motorcycling** – The winding roads of the surrounding area make our region particularly popular with motorcyclists. 🐾 **Vacation with a dog** – The extensive meadows and forests around our farm offer perfect conditions for relaxing walks with four-legged friends. Check-in is flexible and can be done either contactlessly via a key code or in person with key handover. During the stay, our guests also have access to the spacious outdoor area with garden, the cozy common room as well as a washing machine and dryer – all of which can be used jointly by all guests of the Hofguts.
