The space Upstairs you will discover 4 bedrooms as follows: - 2 Double bedrooms each with 2 beds in 80/200 (can be collected in 160/200 on request) - 1 triple bedroom with 3 beds in 90/200 (2 beds can be collected in 180/200 on request, so can make a bed in 180/200 + a bed in 90/200) - 1 Double Bedrooms with a 140/190 bed. The floor is completed by a shower room (with 2 showers and 2 sinks), a bathroom (with WC) and an independent toilet. Outside, a private enclosed courtyard to park several cars, an arbor with garden furniture, a barbecue and sunbed. For a better comfort during your stay, sheets (beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and charges are included in the rental price. By reservation, a wine farm tour is possible. CUCHERY, small wine village of 420 inhabitants, located on the right bank of the Marne in the Belval Valley. We are located in the middle of Champagne, 15km from the A4 motorway (exit 23), 1H30 from PARIS, 17km from EPERNAY, capital of Champagne and 25km from REIMS, birthplace of the coronations of the Kings of France. The Church of our commune is classified as a heritage of the buildings of France. You can have a small convenience store, a children's playground and a karting track 2km away. Our house, of agricultural and wine origin, dating from several centuries, recently renovated, combines tradition and comfort. On the ground floor, a large living room of 60m² welcomes you with bar, fireplace, living room, TV, internet (fiber), apparent staircase to serve the floor. Also on the same level, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room (with washing machine) and a single bedroom (bed in 90/190).
