Other things to note ▪️𝗩𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔 accommodates regular 10 GUESTS only ▪️𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗦 up to 5 extra guests will have an extra charges per head ▪️𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦 1) strictly no smoking or vaping indoors 2) no unregistered guests 3) please no eat or drink in the bedrooms 4) respect quiet hours (10:00PM to 8:00AM) 5) keep the villa neat and tidy 6) be considerate of your neighbors 7) full compensation for damages 8) handle with care the card games, bingo games, poker chips, karaoke, PS5, Jenga, drinking card games, chess 9) no sleeping in the living room or outside gazebo 10) no dangerous items allowed 11) handle fire with caution 12) turn off appliances when away or not in use 13) if pets will be allowed, kindly wear them diaper always, have their own beds, and avoid them from unintentionally damaging furnitures ▪️𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗥 1) bring your own towels and toiletries; only toilet tissue is provided 2) P350/day for using an LPG gas 3) either you bring own charcoal or buy from us for P30/pack 4) ALL discounted bookings are 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹, so rebooking or refunds won’t be available.
