The owners sometimes use the dock next door but will not be in the house or your space as you enjoy the charm of the river. There is enough parking for 4-5 vehicles. 5 PEOPLE MAX for overnight stays. No tents or campers allowed. Bring your own kayaks or rent from the park next door.
