Guests will have access to the entire home: 2 bedrooms, a private office, full bathroom on the main floor, and half bath in the finished basement. A spacious sectional in the living room and full kitchen allows for a comfortable stay for a family. Washer and Dryer are available for guest use in the basement. Laundry detergent will be provided. The screened-in garage and fully fenced-in backyard with grill gives ample space to enjoy the outdoors while at ‘home’. Wait, it gets better…A HOME GYM in the finished basement is accessible for guests (over 18yrs old) to use! Guest access Guests will have access to entirety of home with exception to the outdoor shed and locked storage closets in the basement. Other things to note *** Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home. Guests will be required to send a picture of their government photo ID (with the name matching the reservation) within 24 hours of booking.*** Lawn service will be provided (approx) every Tuesday. They will be accessing the front, side, and backyard (including the shed) to do this. The host/cohost will message guests if the listed day has to change due to the weather.
