From the moment you arrive you know this house has everything you need for a luxurious getaway in the Walpole region, the open plan living area incorporates the kitchen and dining, which includes a indoor fire place, flat screen smart TV with monscierge apple TV service and reverse cycle air-conditioning. 2 large sliding doors open this area to the deck providing a lovely breeze to blow through on those warmer days and direct access from the living dining area to the BBQ and outdoor kitchen and alfresco eating area. Take the views in from the deck outside overlooking the Walpole Country club and river just beyond the trees, take advantage of the warm days and afternoons on the deck catching the sun, creating a beautiful ambience, making it an ideal location for both winter and summer holidays. This home accommodates up to 4 guests, with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. It’s suitable for couples, small families, or friends travelling together. This property is located a quick 4 minute drive from the Walpole town centre or a beautiful 2km walk along the bibbulmun track that passes right by this property. The Walpole country club is just over the bridge adjacent to the property and the river is a short 1 minute walk. A beautiful spot to stop and unwind whilst walking the bibbulmun track or riding the Munda biddi trail which passes right past this property. This property is self catering however a starter pack of towels, toilet paper, soaps, dishwashing liquid, sponges and bin bags is provided. School leavers: we do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. Guest access Guest’s have access to the whole house, please note the shed on the property is not for guest use.
