The space The exclusive-use house consists of two apartments on two floors, just renovated. On the ground floor there are 5 beds, on the first floor there are 7 beds. The apartments are both composed of a living area with dining room and kitchen complete with everything with oven and washing machine, a double bedroom with an additional bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed (on the first floor), a double bedroom (on the ground floor) and a full bathroom with shower and bidet. The semi-underground swimming pool measures 7.70 x 3.80 meters and 1.37 meters high. The wooden house adjacent to the pool contains the hot tub measuring 2.01 x 2.01 meters and 0.80 meters high. The house has a large garden with a century-old olive grove and a small vegetable garden available to guests. The garden is furnished with a table, chairs, rocking chair, hammock, barbecue, ping pong table and wood-burning oven. Guest access My property is entirely available for guests' use.
