Sea Shells offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and large indoor & outdoor entertaining areas - as well as a fully equip kitchen & laundry to make you feel at home. Take in some backyard cricket with the family, test out our bikes or try your luck at popular fishing beaches near by with our fishing gear - there is something for every one at Sea Shells. The space SEA SHELLS BY THE SEA SHORE Come and enjoy all the beautiful sea side town of Kingston has to offer. Our open plan, family friendly abode will feel like your home away from home. OUR PLACE The master bedroom is equip with a full queen size bed, smart TV, large walk in robe to stow your belongings & ducted air conditioning. The ensuite is connected directly to the master bedroom, offering a full size shower, toilet & vanity. There are 3 other bedrooms available, 2 queens & 1 double - all with ample storage and ducted air conditioning. The large windows let the beautiful sea breeze roll through, or close the block out blinds, sleep in and wake up in holiday mode. For those with little ones - we have a porta cot, high chair & baby bath at the property which guest are welcome to use. (please note no linen will be supplied for the porta cot). The large open plan kitchen boasts quality appliances, including 900wide oven & cooktop for the budding home chef, dishwasher, microwave & kettle - as well as all your regular kitchen extras. There is plenty of bench and storage space for you to cook for the whole family, and full size fridge freezer for all the essentials. Connected to the kitchen is a breakfast bar and large timber dining table set to host all of your guests together. Sit down and relax after a busy day of exploring the town - or catch up with friends over a glass of wine in our large open plan living area. The lounge suite is big enough (and comfy enough) for everyone to sit down together, or there is a separate lounge off of the main living area for a quite moment to yourself. In the separate lounge, there is also a small word desk for anyone who needs to keep on top of things while on holidays. There is laundry facilities available with a washing machine & outside clothes line for guest use, as well as plenty of storage space and bench facilities. Step outside to our private alfresco area and enjoy a BBQ dinner in the outdoors. Our deck is equip with a large BBQ & gas bottle ready to go & dining suite. Not to mention the fully enclosed rear yard to enjoy some backyard games with the family or for your fury friends to enjoy - we just ask you advise us of any pets accompanying you before your arrival and please keep all pets outside. Down the side of the property there is lots of space to park cars, or pull up the fishing boat for the night for those who need. We also have a fish cleaning station outside for your use, so please attend to your catch outside not inside the property. We have a small collection of bikes & fishing gear in the shed which is available for guests to use. Please bring your own bike helmets & finishing tackle etc, should you with to use our facilities.
