Take a walk to the 90 mile beach in 5 minutes past the kangaroos and kookaburras. Sit on the verandah and watch the wildlife at the back door. Perfect for couples or a couple with a child/or dog. Fully fenced furry friends welcome 🐶 Open plan living with queen bed & day bed that turns into a king size bed. Portacot/highchair available. The space The Shack is a cosy beach house ideally for a couple. It is an open plan layout meaning one large room. Seperate toilet/laundry room and shower room. One queen bed and one day bed that pulls out to a king size if needed. Open plan living room with a 3 seat leather sofa and a lazy boy recliner to relax in front of the fireplace. Polished concrete floors throughout. Tv and DVD player with a few classics to choose from. CDs and book library for you to browse. Linen and towels provided at no extra cost. Full kitchen with gas stove cooking and oven. Air fryer, Nespresso and French coffee press available for use. Tea, coffee & sugar supplied. All pots, pans and crockery available for use. Our property is tank water so please use mindfully. BYO drinking water. Washing machine and clothes aired if needed. Washing liquid supplied. Fully fenced for your furry Friends. Outdoor firepit to relax under the stars at night. BBQ available to use on front veranda. Guest access Guests have use of the whole house. Garden shed locked for owners use. Other things to note The shack backs onto a walkway which takes you straight into the 9 hole golf course ⛳️ The Golden Beach general store is the only food store in the area. The have great fish and chips. We love the hamburgers! They are also a foodworks and stock any groceries you may need. There is also a bottle shop attached. If you fancy a drive Seaspray is 20 minutes down the road. There is a surf club and a beautiful beach. Sale wetlands is also a wonderful sight. Sale is a 20 minutes drive and is a huge regional hub with shopping centres and great pubs. Loch sport is also a great place to visit with access to the lake and beautiful surf beach.
