Replenishment during the stay is not provided. Nature & Insects The property is located in a green, landscaped environment. Despite regular professional pest control, occasional insects may appear. This is a normal condition of the area and does not constitute a cleanliness or maintenance issue. Noise & Neighborhood This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours must be observed. Please note that the host is not responsible for noise originating from neighboring properties, including but not limited to street noise, neighboring activities, or dogs barking. Such disturbances are outside the host’s control and do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or cancellations. Internet & Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience. Temporary interruptions, reduced speeds, or service outages caused by internet providers, weather, or technical issues are beyond the host’s control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation. Power & Utilities The host is not responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, water, gas, or internet caused by utility providers, weather conditions, city maintenance, or emergencies. Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Parking Guests are responsible for complying with all local parking regulations, street signs, and restrictions. The host is not responsible for parking tickets, towing, or violations. Utilities Usage Heating and air conditioning are provided for comfort. Guests agree to use utilities responsibly and not operate them while doors or windows are open. Fire, Gas & Appliance Safety If the property includes a fireplace, BBQ grill, gas stove, fire pit, or any other gas- or fire-based equipment, guests agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with basic safety practices. Guests must only use equipment they know how to operate safely. The host is not responsible for injuries, damages, fires, or accidents resulting from improper, negligent, or unsafe use. Guests assume full responsibility for themselves and their party when using such amenities.
