Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub. DINING AREA There is a dining-cum-seating space. Includes a sound system, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. This space does not include an AC. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. LAWN There is a 10,000 sq. ft lawn with a sit-out space and bonfire pit area. Perfect for sundowners and small-scale events. The sit-out space offers mesmerising views of the mountains and lake. Guest access Please note that this 3-bedroom villa is divided into two units on the same property – one with 2 bedrooms and the other with 1 bedroom. Guests do have access to the kitchen. There is also another property on the same premises so the common areas will be shared. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis.  - Barbecue is available at an extra cost.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire set up is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, per session.  - Telescope for stargazing can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, per hour.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
