Welcome to our brand new, cozy Superior apartment! 📍Located at the beginning of the Kaunertal valley, in the idyllic mountain village of Kauns, our superior apartment awaits you—surrounded by majestic mountains, untouched nature, and right in the middle of the most beautiful ski areas such as Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, the snow-sure Kaunertal glacier, and Fendels. Perfect for skiing, relaxing, and enjoying yourself. The space 🏡 Our beautifully furnished apartment (80 m²) offers pure comfort and coziness—with a private outdoor sauna, a wood-burning stove in the kitchen, and a breathtaking view of the Kaunergrat. You can relax wonderfully in our on-site massage studio. Come on in, make yourself at home, and enjoy a getaway filled with peace and well-being in the heart of nature. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑The apartment is designed to accommodate 1–6 people (+ 1 baby). 🛏️ 2 bedrooms: • 1 bedroom with a double bed • 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed 🚿 2 bathrooms: each with a shower and toilet 🏡 1 living area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 entryway, and 2 terraces—one with a private sauna and one with a covered dining area. 🧑‍🤝‍👩Important note regarding the number of guests: Our apartment can accommodate a maximum of 1–6 people + 1 baby under one year of age. 👶 Baby: In addition to a maximum of 6 guests, 1 baby (0–1 year old) may stay with you. We charge €20 per night for the baby. This amount is not included in the Airbnb price and must be paid on-site. Please indicate in the “Message” section when booking if a baby (0–1) will be traveling with you. 👧🧒 Children 1 year and older: Children 1 year and older count as full guests and must be included in the number of guests when booking. Please list all traveling guests, including children, correctly when booking.
