House The 42 m² beach apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet, green residential street and is comfortably furnished for two people. Up to two more people will be placed in the bright living room on the comfortable double sofa bed (1,60 x 2,00 meter). The living room of the lovingly furnished apartment also offers a dining area for four people. The individually furnished small kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an induction ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and other appliances. On the large balcony with cozy lounge furniture, you can enjoy the sun all day long! The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) with storage space compartments as well as a wardrobe and wardrobe panel. The high-quality and modern shower room with rain shower and the bright small hallway with stylish barndoors complete the beach house character of this apartment. The laundry room of the house with coin washing machine is welcome to be used. This is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed in this apartment. Entertainment For the entertainment, the flat screen smart TV and the stereo system with radio//MP3/USB and sound system with Bluetooth function, e.g. for iPhone/iPod connection.
