Guest suite in Saint Paul

Charming upper level, large room with private bath close to everything in the Twin Cities. We're 9 minutes to US Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis and 12 minutes to St Paul. Off street parking in quiet, safe neighborhood. * 2 blocks to freeway access - 35W * 2 Queen Beds in a spacious room. The space Enjoy a quiet, private space in the heart of the Twin Cities! Private entrance. The space does not have a door at the top of the stairs. It has curtains for privacy. You enter thru our mudroom/laundry room which is closed off to the rest of our home. We accept and love dogs! Unfortunately, we cannot take cats due to allergies! 600 square feet of recently finished space in a home surrounded with well groomed gardens and untouched nature. Guest access Enjoy a private, keypad entrance thru the attached garage, into the mudroom/laundry room to the upper level suite. The space does not have a door at the top of the stairs, but curtains for privacy. We access the mudroom for the garage, but otherwise try and keep the space as private as possible. It is closed off to the rest of our home. All outside spaces are open to guests including a fire pit and patio. You have access to a washer and dryer in the laundry room. During your stay We love to meet new people, but respect your privacy. If we can help with things to do in the cities, we're here to assist you! Joel and Lori are travel lovers. We are retired from printing and advertising. We love to travel in the US and abroad. We love our dog Pete, who loves to travel with us! Other things to note Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and local channels. We provide coffee and tea. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave, but not a full kitchen.
